Julie sold our home in July 2018 when we decided to move out of state. Since it was a long distance move and we were paying for two homes, it was imperative that contract dates and set moving schedules were met on time. Julie understood this and communicated our situation thoroughly with the Selling Agent and her Buyers. She took the extra time to be sure all parties involved were on track with their responsibilities, including Title and Escrow, the Buyers Lender, Inspectors, etc. Julie scheduled and coordinated each inspection, and was present for each inspection. She then took the time to go over each report to be sure we understood the findings. Even before we listed the house Julie set us up with a Painter, who did a great job for a very reasonable price. She also took the time to come out to the house before it went on the market to go over what, if any, repairs or updates we should think about doing. She helped us to understand what things are worth putting money in to. Things that we would make our money back for doing, or things that she felt would be aesthetically unappealing to potential Buyers. The photos and droid video she took for marketing purposes were phenomenal! All of Julie’s hard work payed off because we sold our home before we even held the first scheduled open house, for over asking!
